Chandigarh, 26 November (IANS). A Special Investigation Team (SIT) constituted to arrest illegal immigration operators linked to human trafficking in Haryana has arrested 377 criminals in 435 cases and seized Rs 1.12 crore from them. An official gave this information on Thursday

SIT chief Bharti Arora said that the team was formed on the recommendation of Home Minister Anil Vij.

The team has registered human trafficking cases against illegal agents. Many of these accused are against whom more than two cases are registered. A history sheet of 15 such criminals has been opened.
