Ringworm is a common skin disease in cats. It is usually caused by fungal infection. The treatment method is more routine but the course of treatment is longer. As a novice cat shoveler, Xiaobai, who is a novice cat, is generally helpless against ringworm. So how to deal with ringworm?

Ringworm: It is mainly a cat skin disease caused by Microsporidium canis, commonly known as mold infection or "ringtinea", which can be infected by both cats and humans. After a cat is infected, small round bumps will appear, which may last for several months, so be sure to pay attention to prevention.

This disease is more common in malnutrition and frail cats. To put it bluntly, it is powerless.

There are three main causes of cat moss: cats lack vitamins in their dietary structure, dust fungi at home, and lack sunshine.

The most popular treatment method for this condition is a medicinal bath (kittens cannot have medicinal bath). First, use shaver or special scissors for pets to prevent the spread of fungi, and then apply fungal ointment and iodine. Choose a water-dilution bath with jealous (gynecological) diluted water. Then use a little Hill to scrub it, then rinse it all over with warm water, and apply fungal ointment, such as Lanmeishu, clotrimazole, Shengluwei, etc., and feed the cat some vitamin B tablets.

Medicine bath frequency

On the initial stage of the disease, put on the cat's Elizabeth ring after each application to prevent it from licking it by itself. After the symptoms are relieved, wash it once every 4 days.

Medicine bath method

Small plastic bucket, the cat squats inside, the water reaches the cat's neck, soaks the skin thoroughly, and then take it out and scrub it. The time should not be too long. If possible, use a clean face towel to wash it to prevent cross-infection. Remember to disinfect the things that the cat has bathed.
