British media Sky Sports reported that although Glasner's contract will expire next summer, he is still planning for Crystal Palace's long-term coaching.

After the busyness of the transfer window deadline ended, Glasner maintained a good relationship with the club. With the uncertain future of personal, Glasner continues to participate in discussions on the club’s medium- and long-term planning.

Glasner was disappointed with the passive signing method the club has adopted in the past two summer windows. According to previous reports, Crystal Palace has remained calm about Glasner's current situation.

Glasner denied that if Captain Guy is allowed to join Liverpool on the deadline, he would threaten to resign. Instead, Glasner praised Chairman Steve Parish for termination of the potential deal without securing a suitable replacement. After the international match day, Glasner said, "The time to discuss my future will eventually come."

If you can remain unbeaten against Liverpool this weekend, Crystal Palace will tie the team's longest unbeaten record in history (18 games).
