Chelsea believe they are likely to sign Garnacho for a price of £50 million below Manchester United, with Manchester United coach Amorin excluding Garnacho in the preseason roster.
Chelsea's interest in the 21-year-old has lasted for more than 12 months, although they have not yet made a formal offer. Garnacho has three years left on his contract with Manchester United.
