Former Premier League whistle Clattenburg expressed his views on the issue of Arsenal forward Yokeres adapting to the referee's penalty standards in the Premier League. He believes that Yokeres is not treated differently, but needs to adapt to the unique competition environment of the Premier League as soon as possible.

Clattenberg: "Based on my experience and observations after retiring, taller and stronger players will not be treated differently. Of course, those big-name players will naturally be subject to tactical marking, which may create physical confrontation, which the referee must deal with."

"Compared with other leagues around the world, the Premier League has always been a league with fierce physical contact. The referee allows more physical contact, and the players must learn and adapt to this very quickly."
