Jianxing Storage Technology (SSSTC) launches the latest industrial-grade solid-state hard drive product - SSSTC CA8 series PCIe® 5.0 NVMe™ SSD, which adopts mainstream M.2 2280 specifications and provides multi-capacity options such as 512 GB, 1 TB, 2 TB and 4 TB. It is the world's first industrial-grade M.2 SSD to combine KIOXIA BiCS FLASH™ 8th generation 3D flash memory and PCIe Gen5 x4 interface.
SSSTC CA8 series SSDs use PCIe® 5.0 and NVMe™ 2.0 technologies, supporting high-speed data access and exchange, with a bandwidth of 32 GT/s per channel, which doubles the previous generation PCIe® 4.0 interface. The built-in SLC cache greatly improves SSD access efficiency, with sequential reading speeds up to 14,000 MB/s, writing speeds up to 12,000 MB/s, and random reading/writing speeds of 2,000K IOPs and 1,600K IOPs, increasing to the world's fastest industrial SSD.
This series is equipped with KIOXIA's original manufacturer BiCS FLASH™ 8th-generation 218-layer 3D TLC flash memory, which improves writing efficiency by about 20%, reduces reading delay by more than 10%, and improves overall power efficiency by 30%. This combination of innovative technologies with low power consumption and high-speed transmission has become the core of key technology to promote the development of high-speed storage and edge computing, further strengthening the performance and energy efficiency of SSDs.
In addition to high performance, the SSSTC CA8 series also enhances durability and compatibility, with an average failure time (MTBF) of more than 3 million hours, and has high durability, a supply cycle of 5 to 10 years and a wide range of operating temperatures from 0 °C to 85 °C, fully responding to long-term and high-burning industrial application needs.
